''TLDR;''

It is not wise to read all the investigations below, because, there is no real solution.
I've found, that the best solution is to do the following steps:

 - backup your complete home directory
 - check if you've got waydroid installed, then you meight backup waydroid also from **/var/lib/waydroid/**
 - remember libertine-container will be copied/backed up within your home directory, because they are in **/home/phablet/.cache/libertine-container/**, but when you're coming from Ubuntu 20.04 it won't work anymore, so you've to crreate it newly, so backup your data from within your container, if required. I wouldn't recommend to copy .cache directory, due to Problems with old data
 - Cleanup of home directory. Remove ~/.cache ; ~/.config ; ~/.*. Check list below to see which directories required for which application
 - backup a list of installed apps
# click list > ~/to_install

 - reflash your Phone with new OS
 - sync your backuped data back to the phone
 - reinstall all required apps from ~/to_install
 - reboot your phone

''Where is stored what''
 * Authenticator-NG: **/home/phablet/.config/authenticator-ng.dobey**
 * Dekko2 Mails: **.cache/dekko2.dekkoproject/**
 * CinnyUT: **.local/share/cinny.danfro**
 * Contacts, Calender, SMS Messages: **.local/share/evolution**
 * Notes from UT Notes: **.local/share/notes.ubports**
 * Keyboard Text predictions: **.presage/lm.db**
