It looks like there is an issue with the evolution-data-server. Because the journal-logs after starting several applications show dbus errors when accessing evolution-dataserver.
So I would start with dbus-monitor to watch events.

Links with dbus-Debugging information:
[[https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingDBus|Ubuntu Wiki Debugging DBUS]]

Another hint within DBUS is the DENIED messag of AppArmor which fires directly after starting Calendar for example.
Here is the Reference to debug AppArmor: [[https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingApparmor|Ubuntu Wiki AppArmor Debugging]]

after backing up my device, installing Ubuntu Touch 24.04.2 completely new with wiping of everything and then copying my homedirectory to phone results in the same errors described here.
This show, that the Problem has to be searched inside the .local directory inside home directory.

''TLDR;''

It is not wise to read all the investigations below, because, there is no real solution.
I've found, that the best solution is to do the following steps:

 - backup your complete home directory
 - check if you've got waydroid installed, then you meight backup waydroid also from **/var/lib/waydroid/**
 - remember libertine-container will be copied/backed up within your home directory, because they are in **/home/phablet/.cache/libertine-container/**, but when you're coming from Ubuntu 20.04 it won't work anymore, so you've to crreate it newly, so backup your data from within your container, if required. I wouldn't recommend to copy .cache directory, due to Problems with old data
 - Cleanup of home directory. Remove ~/.cache ; ~/.config ; ~/.*. Check list below to see which directories required for which application
 - backup a list of installed apps
# click list > ~/to_install

 - reflash your Phone with new OS
 - sync your backuped data back to the phone
 - reinstall all required apps from ~/to_install
 - reboot your phone

''Where is stored what''
 * Authenticator-NG: **/home/phablet/.config/authenticator-ng.dobey**
 * Dekko2 Mails: **.cache/dekko2.dekkoproject/**
 * CinnyUT: **.local/share/cinny.danfro**
 * Contacts, Calender, SMS Messages: **.local/share/evolution**
 * Notes from UT Notes: **.local/share/notes.ubports**
 * Keyboard Text predictions: **.presage/lm.db**

checking the status of AppArmor shows of the enforcing mode for e.g. Calendar

# sudo aa-status
--- SNIP ---
6 processes are in enforce mode.
 /usr/bin/lxc-start (1969)
 /usr/bin/media-hub-server (4293)
 /usr/bin/mediascanner-service-2.0 (4322)
 /usr/lib/telepathy/mission-control-5 (4316)
 /usr/lib/telepathy/telepathy-ofono (4385)

So trying to setup Complain-Mode for Calendar-App, AppArmor answers with a conflicting message

root@ubuntu-phablet:~# aa-complain /usr/share/click/preinstalled/calendar.ubports/1.1.4/bin/lomiri-calendar-app
